We provide legal assistance in the scope of comprehensive service of employee relations, which includes in particular:

- preparation of full documentation related to the establishment of an employment relationship (employment agreement, management contracts, contracts for entrusting property to employees and for liability for the entrusted property, non-competition and confidentiality agreements) and its termination (termination of employment agreements);
- ongoing advice on the existence of an employment relationship (organisation and working time, employee leave, duties of the parties of the employment relationship, safety and hygiene at work);
- verification and preparation of internal legal acts in labour matters, including workplace and remuneration regulations, collective labour agreements and other agreements with employees;
- providing assistance in negotiations between employer, employees and their representatives in individual and collective disputes;
- consultation on matters regarding requirements for the processing and protection of employee data;
- representing employers and employees in court disputes;
- drafting appeals against the decision of the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and representation in court proceedings of entities acting against pension agency, in particular in cases where ZUS calls into question work contracts and recognises them as relations regulated by labour law provisions and in cases when a deception of the employment relationship was stated.
